Kokubo Onigiring Onigiri Mold

Easy-to-use doughnut-shaped rice ball mold. The bumpy inside of the mold makes removing rice easy and clean. You can make 2 onigiris using 1 bowl of rice (1 onigiri for approx. 75g). Safe to use in temperatures from 20 C - 120 C.

Step 1: 
Fill onigiringwith rice. 

Step 2:
Place lid on onigiring.

Step 3:
Remove lid, then turn onigiring upside-down.  Press down on the release spring in the middle to put the rice ball out.
