How to Use:

• For patting and wiping:

Soak the toner or lotion in the size of dollar coin. Place the cotton on your middle finger and gently pull it between your index and ring fingers. Apply the lotion to the entire face so that it slides on the skin.

• For cotton packs:

Soak the toner or lotion so that the cotton is soaked in it, and put it on the part you are concerned about drying. A guideline is about 5 to 10 minutes.
