  Locate your original register receipt or online order confirmation email, as proof of purchase is strictly required for all processing.

  Visit a Location

  Bring your items and receipt to the customer service desk at any Oomomo retail location across Canada to initiate the return process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, or an exchange can be processed based on current stock availability.
